Jeff Hubbard Crowned 2009 WORLD CHAMP!
As the remaining Semi Final heats commenced the fate was sealed for Jeff Hubbard. Through a committed battle on this years IBA Tour, Hubb relentlessly charged himself to the top for his 2nd world title!!! Chee Hubb!
