JEFF HUBBARD

This Two-Time World Champion was born and raised in Hawaii, is well known for his high flying acrobatic moves, and has been on the forefront of high performance bodyboarding since 2000. Jeff has pioneered and refined many of the moves that are showcased today.

Jeff Hubbard’s favorite wave is Pipeline. He is the oldest of three brothers who all grew up on the Island of Kauai; Jeff attended high school on the Big Island at H.P.A. Earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Hawaii Pacific University in 2009. Jeff is happily married and currently resides in Honolulu.

At 5’10, 140 lbs Jeff is small is stature but big in heart donating his time and effort to run a free Keiki contest for the underprivileged youth of Oahu’s east side every summer called the Keiki Ocean Fest. Jeff also visits schools each year to speak to the youth about finding their passion and following their dreams.

Jeff has been a riding professionally for 14 years and is currently supported by BZ Bodyboards, Churchill Swim Fins, Ocean Current Clothing, 662 Surf stores, Vertra Suncare, and Agent Eighteen Wetsuits.

Jeff has won over 40 professional contests around the world. Appeared on over 30 magazine covers, and has been featured in print publications such as Details, Men’s Journal, Bodyboarder, Riptide, Movement, Le boogie, Surfers Journal, ESM, Surfer Rule, FreeSurf, Honolulu Star Advertiser, and many more…
